Emmerson films was set up by Cairn Emmerson. The idea? To help businesses harness the narrative power of film to tell better brand stories. To allow companies to use a creative, visual medium to produce unique and beautiful narratives. Brand messages that truly engage with customers and better define who they are.
Living in Beverley, Cairn is a commercial filmmaker, director, and director of photography. He has worked with all the major UK terrestrial’s - BBC, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5. His experience includes making brand stories, advertisements, corporate films, commercial and food photography, and training videos and documentary films.
Aimee Bant
Aimee is our production assistant and b-cam operator also based in Beverley. Having completed her BA (Hons) Media Production degree at the University of Lincoln in 2016, Aimee has 5 years experience in photography and film.
Her drive and dedication to making every shot the best it can be, and her enthusiasm for the art brings our productions to a whole new level.
Danny Allen
Living in Elloughton, working all around the UK, Graduated Northumbria University in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Film Production. TV/Feature credited Filmmaker with 10 years’ experience.
Worked with BBC, CBBC, Vodaphone and Independent production houses on shorts and features as a Producer, Writer, Director, SFX Designer, Editor and Camera Operator. Has a love of artistic visuals using in camera practical effects and lighting and a willingness to get stuck into any role.
Cairn collaborates with a team of skilled pre-production, production & post-production specialists from Leeds and York to London. He's worked with some of the UK’s biggest creative agencies and helped tell the brand stories of companies of all sizes and sectors, working with both agencies and businesses.
